Can Mbtileserver render data in WGS84 latitude and longitude (EPSG:4326)?
I am currently using ogr2oggr to convert shapefile data to Web Mercator (EPSG: 3857), but converting it to WGS84 latitude and longitude (EPSG: 4326) to access the corresponding mbtileserver address will return an Internal Server Error
@funny-clivia I don't understand what you are doing here. mbtileserver does not render data to tiles. Are you using ogr2ogr to convert the shapefile to Mapbox Vector Tiles. I've never done that, I've only ever used tippecanoe for creating tilesets, and have not had issues there.
For something like tippecanoe, the input geometries need to be in WGS84; it does the conversion from that to web mercator internally. All tiles are based on web mercator tile coordinates.
Can you paste in the error you are seeing here? This sounds more like mbtileserver not being happy with your input file than a tile coordinate issue.
