Improve wording on notification for sites with no 2FA docs

Currently, it says

Title: "example.com supports 2FA!" Body: "Check their website for info on how to enable it."

We should update this to the more useful and playful language used in the popup menu: Body: "Sadly, example.com has no 2FA Guide! Try contacting them for more info."
