The base image comes with Yarn pre-installed.

I can't figure out postgres version below 14 ;thonk: so if that's a major showstopper for this it can just be rejected

The only other change request I have would be that you'd probably want to install Yarn as well, since that's the JS package manager used by my Rails app (and most Rails apps).

The docker image already has this baked in, no need to manually install it again.
