Ability to disable new UI system

The new UI system is interesting but seems to trigger randomly for me when not touching the knobs. My guess sis maybe that throughout the day the knobs are moving slightly and triggering it. Either improving this detection or having an option to disable this behavior would be nice.

I noticed this also and wasn't sure what it was or if it was normal behavior.

Movent of the knobs or maybe slight noise may be causing it and making the detection threshold for triggering the display may solve this.
