Add "kip/inch" unit to the structural environment

This unit is useful to define line loads. However, it is not defined in the current structural environment. In USCS system, elastic modulus is in ksi while the moment of inertia is in in^4. The line load unit "kip/inch" will be very convenient for structural analysis. The closest unit is "kip/ft". User must do a manual conversion.
