Add TTL to DynamoDB so that stale locks expire (albeit silently, for data cleanup purposes)

Maybe this would be covered by #7 with a default expiry value.

Mention the actual channel in /locks message instead of "this channel"

Currently we do not pass the [`channel_name`](https://github.com/slackapi/bolt-js/blob/0b37456f4781bf9262a36a6d200732840a156903/src/types/command/index.ts#L32) to Lockbot. We only have access to `channel_id` which wouldn't be that useful in this context.
