Describe the bug A user is trying to bridge a small amount of ETH from Base to Arbitrum. At first they got a could not detect network error. The error happened even when choosing different origin chains. Now they are getting insufficient funds for intrinsic transaction cost despite clearly having enough ETH to cover all fees. User is on Android and using Uniswap wallet
