[ICE: 2] "Insufficient gas" to Blast

Describe the bug

  1. When trying to bridge to Blast from an unsupported chain (not Ethereum, Ethereum) users get an insufficient gas error. We need to change the error to reflect the fact that they can't bridge from their selected chain. image

  2. Arbitrum is an available option. We support only Ethereum-Blast
