[UI] Change Ethereum estimated time

Problem

What is the problem or opportunity? The slow path involving Ethereum is much slower than the slow paths on other chains, taking up to 12-13hs.

Impact

Why is it important? Who requested it? Who does it impact? What data do we have to suggest this is a problem? Is there specific timelines that increase urgency? When the UI shows a slow path estimate to a user, they only see "<5hs", which is incorrect for Ethereum.

Proposed Solution

[OPTIONAL] Thoughts on solution design. We could do to solve this problem. When Ethereum is selected as the origin or destination chain, and the sdk estimates that the transaction will take the slow path, show "<12hs" for the estimated time to completion.
