Estimated time in case of slow path
Message about slow path
Based on statistics in 28th of Feb the average time of slow path was 13 h 11 m. It is greater then we show in the message more than twice.
The current message in case of the slow path currently says about 5 hours delay:
Minor fix Change the time of Slow path from 5 to at least 12 hours till the time when we will be able to guarantee 4-5 hours latency
Estimated time on Connextscan
On the connextscan page we see nothing about slow path and any estimated time. It is confused and lead to at least 10 tickets per day with the request to explain the reason of the transfer stuck
Currently, there is a message indicating that the transfer is processing, along with the time elapsed since the process began
Currently, when a user hovers the cursor over the elapsed time since the process began, the time range from the start until now is displayed.
Minor fix
- Instead of displaying the time range from the start until now, show the message: "Funds are taking slow path, we estimate completion in less 12 hours"
- By default, include a message about the slow path for any transfers with delays exceeding 10 minutes.

can you break down the slow path time by route? its heavily destination dependent, giving the average across all routes is not indicative of the time you would expect without any bugs.
if it was 13h across all routes, then there are likely other problems at play.l
