status bar is blue after update
latest version somehow started showing annoying light blue background status bad on my android 13 samsung and i can't find option for that
it was only supposed to be non-functional change by short changelog. in longer i see it of course
anyway what happened here?
The target SDK must be upgraded to upload to Play Store. I'm not sure if you deleted the entire bug template or not, but the information requested in that template as well as a screenshot would be useful for this bug report.

Ah, I see. So in settings you have "auto-hide title bar" set to on, but "full screen" set to off?

unsure how others use it. anyway now i have status bar blue and since i have camera inside screen here. it's a black hole there. plus white on lightblue
this is not the only bug, i get sometimes crashes, something text selection gets wrong and it fixes itself after connectbot restart. and other such bugs i have to check if they are still there and if yes, i guess i'll file them as separate bugs
the selection bug is especially annoying and to this day i don't know why others don't get them. or i don't know why they persist here on my device

(uneducated opinion) Looks like system's configured accent color (style, theme) is now being used for app buttons, title bar etc.
For some reason, the accent configuration went missing on some androids, like my 11 with latest updates. Perhaps this still can be changed with adb though.
Other applications solve this by introducing user configured colors, which I agree would be a lot of work.
This might be made worse by #1603 when it's committed to main. I'll need to work on the UI look, but it should be easier with everything rewritten.

you say that blue i see in connectbot theme is coming somewhere from the system?
i went to look what that so called accent color is and i was able to configure it. it made things look even worse. and connectbot was still blue. so yeah why is only popular phone os made by assholes, around which sane things like connectbot needs to wrap. seems like noone actually used it, or even worse, it's very likely on purpose. yeah unsure who to blame. you say that everyone uses their own custom colors? and why they are hard to implement? imagine your os deliberately makes both user and dev hell pure hell!
