Tricky since if Compound API adds this then it will be a lot easier / faster than pulling that data ourselves. Ask Compound team on whether they plan on adding...

yeah endTime and startTime and inclusive endTime is the latest time to include so you could either say, gimme transactions between these 2 timestamps (inclusive) or start at endTime (inclusive)...
