Deprecated dependency jackson-datatype-guava

One of the dependencies used by this project, namely jackson-datatype-guava, is deprecated and is moved under https://github.com/FasterXML/jackson-datatypes-collections now.

There are also 3 transitive vulnerabilities (as of 2024-01-15) brought with that dependnecy, all due to guava.

• CVE-2020-8908
• CVE-2018-10237

Replacing jackson-datatype-guava with jackson-datatypes-collections would probably be the way to go I assume.
