OpenAPI Spec?

Please provide an openAPI spec file to allow consumers to auto-gen client libs. Thanks!

I've made a start on this today, taking a very manual approach to generating the file, and only covering a small subset of the endpoints so far. I can continue work on this, but it might also be worth looking at whether the file can be dynamically generated.
