CLA Bot is dead. Contributor License Agreement cannot be signed.

The CLA bot even has no DNS entry. So it is impossible to sign the Contributor License Agreement. ping: clabot.confluent.io: Name or service not known

I am also not able to sign cla and as a result my pr is not getting merged:'(

The "CLA not signed yet" seems to work now and I could sign something. I took a few minutes but while I was writing this comment the "CLA button" turned green with "CLA signed" message. I think the documentation here should be updated https://github.com/confluentinc/kafka-connect-jdbc/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md But else I think this issue can be closed know. Do you think so too ? @RajKumarMondol, @haus
