Support '--info' to pipe info logs to stdout

This issue is related to https://github.com/apache/kafka/pull/9712

Printing info level message to stdout helps us from avoiding timeout (see https://docs.travis-ci.com/user/common-build-problems/#my-builds-are-timing-out). Also, it is more "quiet" than debug level.
