The CLA site is not working for me, clicking Submit the button changes to Submitting... and then hangs.

Under what license are you providing your tools? Also, I'm not going to give you my real address or phone number...

@afolarin Sorry, not sure what is getting the clabot into a flaky state and haven't had time to investigate. Restarted the app and it should be good to go.
