Please add KAFKAREST_HEAP_OPTS to documentation

I did not find any reference for KAFKAREST_HEAP_OPTS nor KAFKAREST_JVM_PERFORMANCE_OPTS in the documentation until I went to

${COMPONENT}-run-class in here: (tail "${COMPONENT}"-start)
