Add uninstall methodology

We should have a way to uninstall the various services. This can be useful for POC or dev environments that are short lived that need to be upgraded without regard for existing data.

Great idea! We have added this to our backlog. We won't get to it near term.

I could really use this right about now. Trying to get my env just right and it would be nice to have a clean slate each time. Normally i would dockerize but we have contraints.

Hi, This PR by @anuj-apdev - https://github.com/confluentinc/cp-ansible/pull/1302 takes care of the ask. This'll clear off anything that got installed by CP-Ansible. We'll continue to take feedback and improve the playbook.
