Allow usage of commitSync in the rebalance callback

  • currently it fails saying client isn't connected
  • if we change that it fails with erroneous state

There are two things we possibly need to do, make sure that the last rebalance cb finishes before we actually disconnect, and make sure we don't artificially restrict calling methods within the last rebalance cb
