Jars since v7.5.3 not being published to Confluent public Maven repo

It seems no jars for tags after v7.5.3 are landing in https://packages.confluent.io/maven/io/confluent/common/ As reported on https://github.com/confluentinc/kafka-connect-storage-cloud/issues/704 we are unable to build downstream projects (e.g. kafka-connect-storage-cloud) without first building all confluent library dependency projects locally. Note that this problem extends to all Confluent libraries and isn't just related to common, however we thought this might be a good place to report it to get the issue noticed and addressed.

@janjwerner-confluent Hi, just reaching out to you given that you seem recently active on this repo... any chance this could get looked at by someone at Confluent and addressed/fixed? As it stands this is a significant barrier to outside contributors. Thanks!

I'm tryin to build too... damn common keeps biting me - trying to build schema registry so I can help with protobuf integration. About to throw in the towel - please help or document a solid way to build common from scratch
