Implement pAIC / pBIC etc in lmCombine

This should be done in the following steps:

1. Fit the models, extract point values,
2. Do a test (nemenyi / rmc / Tukey) on point values to select the pool of models,
3. Combine the models in the pool using either Dirichlet or Ranks.
