Add wiki / instructions for contributors

I know some CSS and I would like to contribute by fixing small issues here and there, but I don't know how to start. It would be great to have a few links or a small part of the README describing how to start (mainly how to test it and what to use as reference for elements).

Any contribution guidelines would also be very nice!

Hi @MakisH, that was a thing that I wanted do, but full themes (like this one) will not be supported with the next version of Thunderbird, so the development of this theme is a little stuck at the moment. I really thank you for this and for the other two issues, but I think I'll not work on these until we found a way (if a way exists) to make the monterail themes works with new versions
