So this font remain even after that you disable the theme?

One last thing: Go to Tools -> Development Tools -> Error Console Paste or do a screenshot of all the errors
Nothing too strange in the console. Do you have any other addons or themes installed?
Could you try to disable all the addons except Monterail Full Dark, restart Thunderbird and see what happens?
