Cannot save gist to github

I have no problem retrieving a gist from my github account. I have the settings noted below in the settings file, but the gist wont save when I save and the save dialog box pops up. I have reviewed the instructions but cant see that I have missed anything in the setup. Any suggestions?

Have you found the solution for your issue? In case is not you can try to update to latest version.
