Outdated copyright

The copyright date in the footer of the docs has not been updated in ~5 years. This may lead users to believe that the project is abandoned or no longer maintained.

Hi, thank you so much for bringing this up. The copyright dates need to stay as they are because that's when the documents were created: see here and here for the logic on this.

However, I agree that this makes the documents seem out of date or abandoned. An "Updated on <date>" or something similar for each file would give the reader/maintainers that info and leave the copyright as it is.
