Spike: Bring in sub-projects in main documentation

Why is this important? We want to improve the structure of the current documentation website, and we want to bring all the projects to a single place. In order to do this, we need to figure out how to combine them all. We want this to function similarly to how Read the Docs "sub-projects" work.

• Have a proposal for the best way to bring in sub-projects under a single documentation website
