build environment is not moved prior to testing phase

The host environment is moved prior to running and tests specified in a recipe but the build environment is retained in its original location. This can be an issue as a test may inadvertently passes because of a file which exists only in the build environment. For example, a binary which links against a DSO in the build environment will fail when run outside of conda build, but will run trigger a failing test.
