Description

Adds an about page to document conda entities. Currently it only showcases the bot accounts we use but assuming we get something like https://github.com/conda/governance/pull/147 merged we can also very easily document all of the sub-teams. The steering council could also be explicitly celebrated here as well in a similar fashion.
