Add a Learn> Glossary section

Description

Many of the FAQ questions we have right now go like "What is XXX?", which begs for a definition. If feels like we could just have a section covering common terms in the conda ecosystem, aka a glossary, aka a condactionary.

I while ago I put together this website to annotate packaging terms as I onboarded this field: https://jaimergp.github.io/scientific-packaging-glossary/. It might be useful to recover that.

Tasks

  • [ ] Find a nice way of rendering a glossary in Docusaurus. Ideally out of static data like YAML or JSON.
  • [ ] Port the scientific packaging glossary over, recategorizing as required.
  • [ ] Publish!
