update anvil icon on org page
The conda forge organization page has a different anvil than the "official" one we're now using.
It'd be nice to update it with one of these:
https://github.com/conda-forge/marketing/tree/master/logo
I don't have permissions to do it.
Sure, we can update it. Do we want the text in there too or just the logo?
I'd say with the text -- I think that'll look better on the gitHub page.
But either way is fine.

So I tried to do that, but it seems to want to crop the anvil in some unpleasant way (i.e. cutting it by 1/3 of the length).
Do I need to make one a different size?

Yeah basically it is 3x too wide. You can play a bit with your profile icon to see how this works.
OK, I made a square one:

Thanks @ChrisBarker-NOAA. That works perfectly!
Thoughts on using this on GitHub, @conda-forge/core?
👍
LGTM!
what's the status here? -- the icon on gitHub doesn't appear to have been updated...

Just waiting to give core some time to respond. :)
I think it sat long enough, and so went ahead and changed it. :)
Actually @conda-forge-admin / @conda-forge-linter should be changed too; those are set separately and I don't have access.
Maybe we can use Gravatar or similar to set the GitHub icons and thus be able change them from one central place. Haven't looked into this at all yet.

that would be nice, but if no one has time to figure that out, maybe just change them by hand.

Looks like you can set a Gravatar email for an organization, but not (AFAICT) for a user account.
@jakirkham Do you know the status of this one?
It sounds like there are some bots whose logos should be updated as well
I will link to work on updating the logos of the bots
This probably requires a core member to do @Ginohmk. Would suggest looking at a different issue
