Advanced Grid Settings Popup

Creating an "Advanced Grid Settings" popup that can be opened from the grid inspector section dropdown. Also adjusting the options for the layout system section dropdowns, and their UX copy.

Manual Tests: I hereby swear that:

• [ ] I could navigate to various routes in Preview mode
