W to Wrap and S to Swap should all use the new "insert" menu

Problem We have too many insert / para-insert menus

Solution

Unify them. This can be separate PRs!

• [ ] The buttons on the current toolbar should load the context menu, not the built-in dropdown
• [ ] Keyboard shortcuts S to Swap and W to Wrap should load the context menu, positioned relative to the element on the canvas (start 30px from the left and top of the element on the canvas)
• [ ] Context menu entries: same
