[Feature Request] Allow increasing log limit

When a build produces more than 1 MB of log, I get this in the logs:

#5 848.2 [output clipped, log limit 1MiB reached]

This is very unhelpful when the build fails. As usually the builds with a log of logs are also the builds which run for a long time.
