"nan" being replaced in chromosome names

Hi, great work on this pipeline, I'm really enjoying playing around with it.

I came across a strange error when running the odp_nway_rbh script, where some chromosomes in the assembly were called "unanchor1-unanchor200". In the *.unwrapped.rbh file, the "nan" in the name was replaced with "None", so the rbh to ribbon plotting failed as it was looking for a chromosome called "uNonechor1".

It wasn't too much effort to manually correct the names in the .rbh file and I don't know how often people will come across this issue. I haven't had a look too deep into what is causing this. Maybe this is something you can see immediately.
