Draw the ribbon diagrams without clipping masks

There is an error where, when the ribbon diagram pdfs are opened in Adobe Illustrator, that each line is surrounded by a clipping mask. This inflates that object count in the .ai file and causes the program to run out of memory.

Use the options described here https://github.com/matplotlib/matplotlib/issues/2528 to remove clipping masks from the individual lines
