Allow cross-origin resource sharing from Concerto Prelude.

I've backported the cross-origin support required for Concerto Prelude's screen connectivity/validity check.

This commit allows Concerto Prelude to check whether or not it is able to connect to a Concerto V1 content server and ensure that it is properly configured.
