Add option to change label font size

The label font size is too small by default and can't be changed, so it's hard to use by visually impaired individuals. @conceptualspace I tried to fix it but it doesn't change in settings so I need some help with it.

SpeedDial2.com has an advanced interface for such configuration. @conceptualspace I can send you print screens of it (I still have the subsciption), it could inspire you in some way (and I'm thinking of helping a bit, I'm using YASD now).

im just thinking about the best way to handle additional settings in the UI, with the side menu getting pretty full. once i settle on something i'll pull this in

@TotalCaesar659 maybe the way we handle this is to make the font size a variable inside index.css, then the logic to change it would be pretty similar to the logic that shows/hides the title

while im thinking about this maybe we should have the site title or URL as a tooltip when hovering over a dial as well..
