Support configuring custom profiles for the different CMake configurations

Related to: https://github.com/conan-io/cmake-conan/pull/567 (still not merged in cmake-conan)

In the near future we should consider adding support for this in the plugin via de UI. This means setting extra configuration flags for CMake in the form of -DCONAN_HOST_PROFILE=... and -DCONAN_HOST_PROFILE=...
