Button to force copy the configuration file for the emulator

Allow the user to replace the configuration file for the emulator with the current version.

This should be a automatic configuration but for now is fine to be manual.

The copy of files can take long so that's why only if the file don't exist then it will be copied. But sometimes the configuration file has new keys or was updated and must be replaced.
