improve workflow for unpublished models in review

• add mechanisms to remind model authors to publish their model when their publication is published (they'll get a DOI for their model)
• consider capturing the associated publication DOI on the Codebase
• add a convenience checkbox "This model is associated with a publication in review" to autoset a number of options (share URL, privacy, reminder to publish after an embargo date, etc.)

as a side note, we should have content that clearly indicates what an "ideal" peer review workflow would be:

1. unpublished model, version 1.0.0
2. request review for v1.0.0
3. review comes back with revision requests
4. author modifies unpublished model v1.0.0 metadata + files as needed
5. request review again on v1.0.0
6. review passes
7. publish v1.0.0
