PSADHealth Picking up an abandoned module

The original authors of PSADHealth have not provided any updates recently nor have the responded to pull requests.

hey @charlesjpalmer - sorry to be a ghost here... yes we can continue some work on this module. let me take a look at the changes and figure out what i want to do... appreciate you putting the effort in to make this module relevant.

No problem. I am still a little new to Github so I thought I was uploading that to my fork. I did some pull request back in 2020 and I have a few other issues that I have run into but was holding off on changes. I am happy to contribute to the ongoing development. The version under my cjpalmer github I have labeled 0.0.8 with some of my improvements. I tried reaching out through James Petty while I was at Tech Mentor last year as well.
