Whitelist zeroed out every time browser is closed

Running Chrome 79.0.3945.130 on OSX Catalina. After reinstalling Chrome after the Catalina upgrade, every time I quit the browser my permanent whitelist starts from default, and I have to re-approve everything. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling ScriptBlock, but problem remains.

Same issue just appeared here as well.

Windows 10 (1909) with Chrome 81.0.4044.138.

I switched to NoScript, seems to work as expected with Chrome.

It seems a year later this bug still exists which is really upsetting as I had a perfectly curated whitelist.

Edit: I should add that this didn't necessarily happen after closing / opening, i did that a lot and had no issues. It just happened randomly one day and I'm not sure if it was while it was open or when it was closed / opened. I did have a very long list of exceptions, could this bug be related to the length of the whitelist?

Same here, but it happens only sometimes when the browser crashes.
