Enable scripts based on server certificate [feature request]

I would like to be able to whitelist some web servers based on their https certificate, rather than by their hostname. This way, if the domain expires, and is bought by someone else -- who won't of course have access to the old owner's certificate -- javascript won't enabled when I visit the new owner's website.

This would also mean that if some company owns several domains, and all the sites use the same certificate, they'll all be automatically have javascript enabled if I whitelist it for any one of them.
