[Req] Temporarily enable for this tab only

Been using ScriptBlock for a long time now, love it.

One thing I consistently find myself wishing for is a feature that lets me do a "Temporarily enable all this page" but only have it apply to that specific tab, or any child tabs I might open from it, but not any of the existing tabs or any other tabs that subsequently get opened through anything other than the current tab.

That way A) when you close the tab, temporarily permitted domains would no longer retain their ability to run scripts in other tabs for as long as that browser window (or other browser windows on other virtual desktops) remain open. And B) it would enable situations where you have a bunch of tabs open on a site and want to activate scripts on only one of the tabs without slowing all the other tabs down too.

Is that something that would be relatively straight-forward to implement?

This is a neat idea.
