fix issue #17

In my k8s I have several nginx, in one of them I am not using the proxy protocol. I've added an environment variable to be able to filter input for a given nginx class.

I have uploaded an image to dockerhub with the changes made:

bernatvadell/hairpin-proxy-controller:fix-17

I have tested them in my cluster and they work correctly.
