Cannot call ./rattle

Open huangzk20 opened this issue 5 years ago • 4 comments

I installed RATTLE followed the guide on Github but cannot call ./rattle and I cannot find any file named rattle in RATTLE directory. Is there anything wrong with my installation or I this command should be called under some sub-directory? I'm a freshman in bioinformatics. Thanks!

Hello! Please check if there are any errors when running the build.sh script

Hi! There's no error reported when I ran ./build.sh. I'm wondering in which sub-folder do you call ./rattle?

It should be at the same folder as the build.sh file Can you clone the repo again, run the build.sh script and upload the output?

I have exactly same issue. I installed RATTLE followed the guide on Github, but when running the build.sh script, it returns many warnings (Please see the attached). I am using MacBook Air (M1, 2020), and OS is Sonoma 14.2.1 (Japanese environment). Is it a problem with the language setting, or the architecture (arm64)?

I am new to bioinformatics, so any help will be great. Thank you. Error Message.docx
