Use own clustering

Hi, I would like to use clustering that's come from another source, and just use RATTLE for the error correction and polishing. Is this possible? If so, what format and how can I transform my clusters into the binary format that RATTLE expects.

Hi, I was able to correct and polish my own cluster by running RATTLE from scratch using my cluster as input. I set --iso-max-variance to 50 and --iso-score-threshold to 0.01, in order to keep my cluster intact in the output. Don't know the opinion of the devs on this solution, but it seemed to work.
