Directory benchmarks: CPU bound vs IO Bound

The current benchmarks are cpu bound. tasty-bench runs the benchmarks multiple times so the dir will be in cache except for the first iteration.

For cpu bound benchmarks on linux we need to drop the caches before each iteration of the test, and maybe run one iteration because it may take longer.
