Remove the capacity field in the unboxed mutable arrays?

The capacity is available in the ByteArray# itself, we do not need to duplicate it.

Is it related with arrBound :: {-# UNPACK #-} !Int filed in MutArray in module Streamly.Internal.Data.Array.Mut.Type
